Carole King Adds Second Show in Boise for Kerry Campaign
Overflow Crowds Show Up for Kerry Rally at the Blues Bouquet in Boise
BOISE, ID – As John Kerry's presidential campaign continued to roll through Idaho in preparation for Tuesday's caucuses, Carole King's performance and rally at the Blues Bouquet in Boise drew overflow crowds. Because Carole didn't want anyone to go away disappointed, she added a second show.
Carole, who has been traveling around the country for Kerry, was delighted to be performing in her home state. Judging from the reaction of both audiences, the feeling was mutual. Joining Carole on stage, as always, was King's guitarist and musical director, Rudy Guess.
