Carole King Appears on Nicolette Larson Tribute Album

LOS ANGELES, CA - In February of 1998, Carole King and many of her fellow musicians joined together to celebrate the life and music of Nicolette Larson, who had passed away three months prior. These shows, performed over the course of two nights at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, were recorded and were released as an album entitled 'A Whole Lotta Love.'

Featuring all-star performances by Jackson Browne, Jimmy Buffett, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Dan Fogelberg, Emmylou Harris, Little Feat, Linda Ronstadt, and Joe Walsh, album highlights include the entire ensemble harmonizing on Neil Young's "Lotta Love" and the Carole King-penned "You've Got a Friend." Carole also performs "Up on the Roof."
